“Prek recently completed a garage conversion for us, his attention to detail and work ethic is very good. All his sub contractors were equally as good. He managed the job from removing the garage door to even putting handles on cupboards to finish up. Any problems that did arise he had a solution for, great communication throughout the job. He even sorted other trades out when we was on vacation. We will 100% use him again for our other properties.”

What areas do you cover?
We are based in Hove and Southwick and work across Brighton, Hove, Portslade, Southwick, Shoreham-by-Sea, Worthing, Lewes, Newhaven, Peacehaven, Saltdean, Burgess Hill, Haywards Heath and Hassocks. If you are not sure whether you are in our area, call and ask. We would rather tell you straight away than waste your time.
How long have you been building?
Over 20 years in the building and construction industry. We are a Checkatrade verified member, rated 10/10, and you can read the reviews on our Checkatrade profile.
Do you take on small jobs as well as big ones?
Yes. We do full extensions and conversions, but we also do single rooms, repairs and one-off jobs like a floor replacement or a concrete base. If it is building work, ask us. We will tell you honestly if it is not something we are the right people for.
Do you handle the whole job, or do I need to find other trades?
The whole job. Groundworks, structure, the build, plumbing, electrics and the finish, run in the right order by one team. That is the main difference between a managed build and coordinating trades yourself, and it is where most projects go wrong when it is not done.

Do you work for commercial clients as well as homeowners?
Yes. Alongside domestic extensions and conversions we take on structural work, steels, concreting, partition walls and suspended ceilings for trade and commercial clients.
